Room was big and clean. Close to the city centre. Staff was super nice.

Was not very affordable. For that price, maybe I would expect little better breakfast.

Room was okay and generally clean, and large. Comfortable - there's even a yurt available. Located within walking distance from the bus stop to Shucinsk, and to lake Borovoe. Service was generally flexible and lassiez-faire style.

Staff was Russian speaking though this was clearly stated. However, the back gate of the homestay is not commonly unlocked, and the entry has to be through a rather small gate at the front, which I had to discover myself.
