Very Good break fast. But the cleanness of service place has to be improved.

The land scaping of the surrounding places have tobe improved.

We were a group of( ladies only) 9 retierd teachers.The management was so friendly that we felt like meeting with an old family friend. They took good care of us. The food was so tasty and classy. The environment ws so cozy and comfortable. The rooms were large,neat and tidy. With this budget, all of us are very happy and we r planning to visit kalpetta again and stay hereitself for more days. If u r coming with kids, there is park with a lot of activities for the kids.

Value for money, on the NH Bye pass Kalpeta , easy to acces. very good break fast which is complimentary.

The place is very cool with trees,birds and flowers around. Host specially Mam is amazing cook, she made very homely breakfast and dinner as per choice.

The resort is located down from the main road if u don't go by ur own car, like we didn't and need to climb up it's challenging specially for old people like my mother or little physically challenged one like me. It's good to have proper steps on one side to climb.

The weather condition at the location! Inspite of the scorching heat outside, the temperature was around 18 degrees!
