De room was perfect! Lots of space, nice AC and comfortable bed but also on your own terrace a nice Seat! Lovely!

De curtains could be darker

It was beautiful and very clean. Excellent location. Very comfortable beds and a mosquito net which was great.

The only bad thing was there is no hot water for showers but that is a luxury in Nicaragua.

It was a great location, great facilities, great host & lovely cats! It was very clean & spacious!

Blinds on the windows would have elevated the experience as lights did shine through throughout the night, other than this everything was great!

Beautiful property and good location to access both sides of the beach. Rafa was very nice and welcoming and the food I had there was delicious. As a solo traveller it was a little hard to meet people but if you’re looking for a private stay this is ideal.

Bedroom was a good size Bathroom was nice Balcony was nice Sheets were soft Kitchen was well equipped

Very far from most cafes and restaurants The second night there was a power cut so we slept without ac or fans Host was slow to reply that day meaning we were uncertain of what was going on We felt rather unsafe as there was no lock on gates leading into the property There was someone wandering around in the night Staff was not that friendly Shower curtain didn’t block water Big white light shining into the room which has only 2 curtains that are transparent

Molamola is awesome! Really nice rooms we stayed 5 nights making it feel like home. Rafa is a great host! Motorbike and surfboards on site and right on the beach

Loved how close it was to the beach and the aircon in the rooms was so good!!

There is quite a few mosquitos outside at night.
