Our hosts were so nice and helped us plan out out trip in the Cotswolds. The property was beautiful (especially if you’re an animal lover) and comfortable! The breakfast was AMAZING and the nightly walks to and from the property were beautiful.

Pleasant rural setting. Nice one mile walk to town. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Friendly hosts who offered helpful advice on things to do and served a delicious full English breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent could not have asked for more or better.The hosts were lovely people and very sociable. The room was very comfortable and pleasant.

Breakfast was beautiful

I requested at last minute if our daughter could also come with us and have a mattress/ or extra room for her . When we arrived it was all ready for us . I said I would pay for any extra charge for the weekend stay for her no problem. I was very grateful, however they felt the inconvenience they were afforded to accommodate caused them upset ......... I gave the lovely lady owner the assurance of payment and she did not highlight that a third person was giving up her space to accommodate my request. If her husband hadn't had a go at us for the " inconvenience and booking thru Booking.com " of my request they may lose $'s.......... I reassured them I would pay the difference. But the whole attack on us was unnecessary..... they could have said no we haven't room. No guest should be challenged with their attitude.

Our hosts, Lucy and hubby, were lovely and very obliging. Both mornings, we changed our breakfast times and we still had our breakfasts with no trouble at all. Location was excellent. Thank you Lucy and your better half, so sorry 😞 my memory fails me at times with names !!!!

Not a thing.

This was our second stay at Smallbrook Cottage. Gorgeous home with car parking spaces. We like the location, being about 45 minute walk from the beautiful village of Broadway. Our room was spacious and very clean, with tea and coffee making facilities and a jar of cookies. The bed was very comfortable and the ensuite super clean and light. Our hosts, Lucinda and Lawrence, were friendly, informative and kind. Thank you for the cookies and carrots! Breakfast was the best ever, cereal, fresh berries, yoghurt, toast and a full English. Just fabulous! When we go back to the Cotswolds, this will be our first choice for accommodation.

We absolutely loved our stay at SmallBrook Cottage. The service provided by the hosts was second to none, felt very personal and made the stay very comfortable. It felt like a home from home. Breakfast was excellent and they provided very well for our dietary requirements. Would definitely recommend.

The road is loud next to the room we stayed in however we got used to it.

Exceptional English breakfast prepared by the hosts, who were extremely friendly and available for suggestions about what to visit around Broadway. The rooms are perfectly equipped with everything you may need, including bathrobes, tissues by the bed, a phone charger, luggage racks, cookies, tea and coffee.
