NZThe location and grounds were superb. The room itself was excellent and lovely. The hosts were brilliant, kind, friendly, and respectful. Breakfast was included, and what a delight. The homemade museli was delicious. The homemade cookies were yummy. I wished we had been able to eat more of the food provided. It was very generous. The shower and toilet etc were excellent and accessible.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable and may have needed a topper. The large bed was too firm for our liking.

AUBeautiful place to stay; luxurious feeling throughout. So vastly different from the norms. And there was a bonus of freshly baked biscuits and fudge brownies and a whole lot more.
The place is about 3 km away from waipapa township; it's quite dark at night as there were no streetlights.

NZMurray and Jan were just exceptional hosts. The freshly baked biscuits on arrival were delicious. The room was very clean and well equipped. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!
