"Fantastic stay"

We have very nice stay, the hospitality in the Pannett House was fantastic, Lee is amazing owner and he should be proud of the property and his B&B .The rooms were very clean, spacious had everything what you need. We have been very nice welcome, we ask lots of question and Lee help with all the answers very quickly. Location is absolutely briliant,3 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to city centre. Breakfast was fantastic. Thank you for fantastic experience

"Brilliant just what was needed after a trying day"

Staff were brilliant from booking (a one night that is normally not available on the Saturday night) but we were fortynate. Clean and comfy with proprietor being informative, polite and knowledgeable about the town. Breakfast choi especially were lovely and set us up for the long run home nicely. Would recommend without reservation

Parking is a nightmare in Whitby and has a disc or scratchcard scheme. Not the fault of the b and b but was the only nag for an excellent stay.

Breakfast was lovely, set us up for the day. Guest house was warm and comfortable, we had everything we needed. Lee was the perfect host.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like.

"Great weekend"

The room was great and we had everything we needed. The host was really friendly and we enjoyed breakfast with the other guests.

The only thing we would of liked is to have breakfast on till 10am.
