Calma do Mar

Soggiorno perfetto! La casa è bellissima e accogliente, con una bella sala con vista sul mare e su Faial. La colazione è variegata e con molti prodotti locali, sia dolci che salati. Possibilità di richiederla take-away in caso di partenza presto. Staff molto gentile e Petra, la proprietaria, nonostante non ci siamo viste di persona è stata molto attenta e presente, prenotandoci anche il taxi per l'ultimo giorno. Vicino a molti ristoranti e al centro di Madalena. Ho apprezzato anche l'assenza di plastica usa e getta in camera.

Unico piccolo appunto, abbiamo cambiato stanza dopo una notte per questioni di disponibilità, e la seconda stanza aveva il bagno più piccolo senza bidet.

Výborné ubytování i zázemí pro poznávání ostrova Pico, možnost parkování, pěšky dosažitelný trajekt na ostatní ostrovy, skvělé snídaně a k dispozici je i společná kuchyň s lednicí. Určitě se sem vrátíme.

Lovely place to stay for a few days on Pico. The staff is super friendly and inviting, the daily breakfast is delicious and the overall space is very comfortable. There is a yard with some green space out back, plenty of tables to eat and relax at and a couple friendly cats hanging out if you're a cat person. Location is a short walk to the supermarket as well as a handful of restaurants. "Downtown" is about a 5-10 minute walk as well. Very convenient if you don't have a car and they have free parking on site as well so very convenient if you do have a car. They have a community fridge with space for everyone staying and shelf space for dry goods. Lovely stay.

Can't quite name anything. This place was perfect for our short stay on Pico.

Everything was just perfect. So clean, so ordinated. You have everything you need, plus the breakfast is amazing; the house too, being customized in every corner, it’s beautiful. One of the best places where I’ve been, you just don’t wanna leave

The host is extremely nice and kind, helping me with laundry service, renting bike and hailing taxi etc. As I need to get up early before breakfast time to climb mount pico, she even prepared snacks and sandwich for me. The facility is top with fully equipped kitchen and pleasant common area. The majority of guests are Germans.

The bunker bed is a bit strange but works for me as a solo traveler. My balcony is facing a sheep pen, and these animals are very cute but can make noise in early morning lol

Schönes, sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick auf den Berg Pico. Schöner Aufenthaltsraum und Garten. Leckeres Frühstück mit lokalen Produkten und frischem Obst & Gemüse. Sehr nette und hilfreiche Gastgeberin.
