"Good, clean room."

Lovely clean and modern room with comfy bed and good air con. Room was nice and dark at night which I love. Bathroom had good hot shower and was clean but there was limescale staining on the taps. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple, tasty Filipino options only and nice coffee. Location is good, lots of tricycles to get you around.

It is on a busy road and the frontage is open so traffic noise can be heard all night. No water dispenser that we could see.

"wont come back again"

room is silent which is ok

booked for a double/twin for a friend of mine, my friend requested for a double bed however only twin bed is available staff didn’t even offer to fix the bed for them. shower head not working for an apartelle,, watch out for a 1000 deposit when you check in free breakfast is very poor as well, better yet have your own food with you

"Finally! A pet-friendly place in Bacolod."

We love that there's a place that is pet-friendly so furry parents will not need to worry about where to stay when in Bacolod. Treats, a comfy bed, and food bowls for pets are available. A hot shower is available too. The location is easy to find and near the restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We'll be back for sure.

If they could have a thicker blanket or a duvet and coffee maker will be a great addition to the room which will make it perfect.

Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast food is nicely done. They have a heater. I just wished we room had more windows to allow more natural light. The staff is responsive and welcoming. Overall, my stay is superb. I recommend it to budget travelers.

It is near the Ceres bus terminal, very convenient. Tje staff was very nice and the Filipinos breakfast very good. It is a good value for money.

The air-cond could be a bit less noisy but it is not a big deal.
