Its location to the motorway, excellent breakfast. Meals available in the evening so no searching for somewhere to eat after a days drive. Beds comfortable and nice and warm on cold evenings. All at a very reasonable price.

Nothing really, busy road but quiet at night so no trouble with getting a good nights sleep.

Room was clean and comfortable, only saw one man who checked me in, gave me a lift and charged me more than an Uber lol

The property is outdated and needs new windows to help with the noise from the traffic as the property is right on a busy main road

Decor not like photos as dated and showing signs of wear and tear. Two different pairs of curtains on main window, shower curtain used as curtain on bathroom window. Sealant in bathroom looks like a child had applied it, very amateur. No hand towels with two different size bath towels provided. Place does not deserve the 4 star rating it has on Booking. Com. Nor the 7.9 for value or comfort. Photo’s shown are from a long time ago as property, although clean, is showing signs that a complete refresher is required. Do not believe the positive, brilliant reviews. Sad to say we will avoid this place in future.

the location very convenient on the way to Scotland

sadly the B&B is sitting on the road where trucks and cars are coming and going all night long. the noise of the road makes it hard to have a good sleep

Rubbish in bin when we arrived. Noise travelled from other rooms but they weren't late. Creaky floor

It was warm in the room and the beds were ok. The guy was nice.

Rough looking walls, rotting window frames, looked like furniture had been just dumped in - which was how the whole hotel felt. No real care or attention, not entirely clean, random nails in the walls. Leaking sink. On the whole not great considering the price, and the fact that it was listed as a 'superior family room'.
