L'établissement est bien situé juste à proximité du port, dans une rue piétonne. Pas d'accueil sur place, mais les infos et la communication à distance sont suffisantes. Chambre située dans un appartement. L'ensemble est bien décoré et propre. Par contre, la chambre que nous avions -fructicosa- est quasi aveugle avec une fenêtre à 3/4 mètres de haut. Voir les photos qui représentent mieux la réalité que les photos sur le site qui ne font pas apparaître cela, sans quoi, nous n'aurions pas retenu cet établissement. C'est totalement rédhibitoire: nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, mais ça n'a pas été possible. En plus, équipement tres minimaliste, pas de placard, mais seulement une penderie. C'est une très mauvaise expérience. A Monopoli, il y a certainement bien mieux pour le même prix.

Chambre quasi à l'aveugle. Côté très minimaluste de l'équipement. Petit déjeuner compris, mais très léger. Chambre offrant un très mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Die ganz hervorragende und herzliche Betreuung und natürlich auch das Zimmer. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer zentralen Küche mit großem Esstisch und kleinem Balkon, von wo drei Zimmer mit eigenem Bad aufgeschlossen sind. Der Schlafraum ist groß, hoch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Eine allgemeine Dachterrasse bietet schönen Ausblick über Monopoli. Das Frühstück im Café vor dem Haus ist sehr gut.

Host carina e disponibile, ho molto apprezzato il pensierino che ci ha fatto trovare sul comodino. Zona centrale, ben posizionata e colazione fornita nel bar sotto l’albergo, fiore all’occhiello culinario della città. Ho apprezzato anche la macchina del caffè in cucina con le cialde a disposizione per le pause caffe. Posizione ottimale: in pieno centro e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Carino l’arredamento del bagno.

Pulizia un po’ “approssimativa”. C’era polvere sulle lampade, avevo un lenzuolo bucato. Le bustine dello shampoo aperte. I sacchi con gli asciugamani sporchi all’entrata. Le stanze e la terrazza non rispecchiano esattamente le foto viste su Booking…

Juice a kava byla v poradku, ale jinak snidane byla jen sladka, zadna vajicka, toust,….. Lokalita byla vynikajici.

Parkovani naseho vypujceneho auta bylo nedobre. Museli jsme platit parkovne, najit volne parkovaci misto nebylo jednoduche a hlavne daleko od ubytovani. V cene pobytu byla jen sladka snídaně

Il posto è molto centrale. Ideale per famiglie.

The location of this property is exceptional. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was great in the middle of the historic center, bed was comfortable. Hostess respond quickly. Coffee shop in the first floor was good and convenient. I stayed for 4 nights but no room services any day. I thought cleaning services was every three days. Room is nice but I wish it would have a bigger window but the common dining room area does. Train station is about 18-20 walking distance. It was a good place.

The location is excellent, the room was excellent and our host Valeria is excellent!
