Chris and Lulu are exceptional hosts. They are warm and inviting, making your stay comfortable. The room has all the necessary amenities. It's very clean The decor is so well thought out with little touches that make it special. A lovely little spot to relax and take a break from the hustle and bustle.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Kattekwaad Accommodation in Kaapsehoop. From the very first contact, Lulu made us feel incredibly welcome with her friendly and warm demeanor. The room was beautifully furnished, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable – a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, rusks, and nougat on the bed added such a lovely personal touch. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the special moment Lulu facilitated for us. The morning after our stay, she sent a WhatsApp message to let us know that the wild horses were grazing just outside, directly opposite the premises. It was such a magical experience to witness them from such a prime spot – a memory we will cherish forever. We wholeheartedly recommend Kattekwaad Accommodation and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you, Lulu and Chris, for your outstanding hospitality!

Everything - friendly, charming hosts (including Katje the cat), cute and quirky cat-themed decor, spacious and comfortable accommodation, convenient location for my purposes, beautiful high altitude village with fantastic scenery and some lovely walks .

The weather on my second day could have been a bit better - not the fault of the accommodation!
