We stayed here for one night and Chris and Lulu are wonderful hosts. The rooms are decorated with so much love. Breakfast was absolutely lovely. They were so helpful finding us accommodation in Kaapsehoop because they were booked out for a second night.

"Very cozy and peaceful stay on the mountain with only rain and mist surrounding us."

We were greeted by a very friendly Chris & Lulu when we arrived, it was bucketing with rain and Chris came to meet us with umbrellas at our vehicle. The accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped, even with electric blankets for the freezing weather (10 degrees on 26 December 2023). We really enjoyed our stay at Kattekwaad!
