Hosts friendly and polite. Clean, quiet but very basic room. Generous hospitality tray. Good hot water from shower. Smart TV

Room cold on entry. Barely room to move and wrapped coats round bed legs due to constant bruising from bed legs. Hall and room smelled of disinfectant. Rusty holders in bathroom, nowhere to put towels. Hot food anywhere is a drive away.

The hosts are great and will do all they can to help . A no fuss clean B and B, easy access to Telford and main roads , and a great breakfast to kick the day off . Many Thanks Steve

Lovely clean and newly renovated rooms. Staff were excellent and extremely friendly. Great location to get anywhere quickly in Telford.

A very nice place to stay in a quiet urban location.

Quite a long way from Telford centre. No evening food but understand why. Recommended restaurants close by.
