In the middle ancient of Brescia is this B&B, 4 new rooms with character.

The accommodation's location cannot be better - it's within walking distance to the majority of the sights and usual touristic things to do in Brescia. The host is wonderful, providing detailed instructions re: check-in and -out and offering food and water daily.

Given its location, it's understandable that the neighbourhood would not be 100% quiet. Still, the room could have had better windows to improve insulation against sounds and footsteps from streets outside. Yet sometimes the problem is inside the building: as the room could hear everything from the neighbouring room, whether one could have a peaceful night of sleep pretty much depends on the guest(s) next door.
