Stayed at Zeta Rooms and had a really positive experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself was spacious, with a great balcony that made it easy to relax after a day out. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice to start the day properly. The location is also ideal - close to local attractions and with parking outside so a really convenient as a stop-off when travelling on to Rome. Overall, a great place to stay and would definitely recommend.

One small downside was the espresso machine in the room - a nice touch, but the water tank wasn’t very clean and could do with better maintenance.

Ottima colazione, personale gentile e disponibile. Le indicazioni fornite durante il check-in sono state chiare ed esaustive. Il letto era molto comodo. In camera erano presenti anche le ciabatte, un kit da cucito e un piccolo kit per la cura personale.

Kit doccia da migliorare.

Very thought- and tastefully decorated rooms with attention to detail and many little extras like slippers, a coffee machine, fridge, bathroom scales, projector night light etc. The mattress was super comfy. The area is quiet but still in walking distance from the centre, a very good bar/restaurant is right beside. The breakfast buffet is continental but has a very good variety including home baked cakes, yoghurts, fresh fruit, juices and cereals.

Parking is on street and €15 per day.

The property is beautifully maintained, modern, and tastefully decorated. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable, and the shower worked perfectly, complete with a bidet. The building has been fully renovated, creating a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at breakfast were wonderfully friendly and kind, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Finding the property and completing self check-in was a bit challenging, especially after a long and tiring trip. There was some black mould in the shower, but the staff addressed it promptly once informed. The pillows were not very comfortable, and it would have been nice to have feather or alternative options. Breakfast could also be improved with better quality choices.
