Spacious room, everything's new and well kept. Bed was super comfy and the complimentary espresso capsules were just what we needed in the morning. Also the automatic check in was super easy and their restaurant recommendations were spot on!

The building and rooms were very modern, nice and comfortable. Breakfast was superb

It was advertised as having a pool, but it wasn't 'available' (which was the reason we picked the place). No elevator so going up 3 flights of stairs with suitcases is not suitable for older people, there is no actual parking spots nearby.

I appreciated a lot of things, there was a lot of attention to the tiniest details to make the stay as comfortable as possible, it is a great example of how all hotels should be. One of the best hotels I stayed at, and I traveled a lot in Europe, Africa, etc. Well done. Keep it up. If I come back to Caserta you will be my favorite place to stay.

If I want to be nitpicking, for Breakfast there were no savory choices, for who likes eggs, hams, cheese, etc. I didn't ask for it, so maybe there was something but it was not on display. But I have to admit there was still a great selection of everything. I would also add a kettle to the room, for the ones that like to take tea instead of coffee.
