Great breakfast, super helpful host, pool, close to beaches and to city center.

Lovely pool, amazing breakfast - location close to beach

Toto and Lisa (father and daughter) run this B&B and could not have been more welcoming. The building has been rebuilt / renovated by Toto with great attention to detail. The rooms were so clean and well appointed, the pool area was ideal and all of the pool area furniture was clean and in great condition too. The breakfast was so much better than the pictures suggested with a range of pastries, cakes, eggs, cheese, ham and bread as well as yogurts, fresh fruit etc. When we arrived, Lisa gave us a map and pointed out some of the best restaurants and city attractions and we visited many of these. The city centre is a 1.5km walk on a flat route and we walked everywhere from the B&B. All in all, the experience was just great and we can't thank Toto and Lisa enough for their hospitality. They run an incredibly professional business! The property is just 10 minutes from the airport (which isn't that busy) and the buses run run fairly regularly.

We are very satisfied with Sciara Biscari B&B. The hosts are great people, friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were nice. Everyone could find something for themselves. Nice location. Close to the beautiful center of Catania as well as to the beech. Restaurants in the vicinity. We definitely recommend this place. If we happen to visit Catania in the future, we will definitely choose Sciara Biscari B&B again.

Toto and Lisa are great hosts. House was very clean and located within the walking distance to the centre. Breakfast was very tasty and served until 10.00am, great for sleepyheads;-). We travel with a disabled daughter and were a bit worried. However, there was no need to worry as hosts helped to accommodate all our needs.

An absolutely stunningly designed and planned out immaculate property! It was an absolute joy to stay here and use the faculties on offer. Myself and my children loved our stay, the pool was amazing and the beach was nearby. It felt like a home from home and we were made to feel completely at home by Toto and his lovely family. They couldn’t do enough for us, from all the local information and places to visit and experiences, down to picking us up from the airport. It was a lovely experience from start to finish, they also invited us into their lovely home briefly so my little one could feed the beautiful cats a treat, they are just the nicest people ❤️ The breakfast was also just perfect, such a choice of quality foods and drinks…we were truly spoilt!

It was like a tranquil oasis in the madness of Catania. Our host Toto could not have been more helpful, we had secure parking on site. We arrived an hour earlier than scheduled check in but that was not a problem..Toto showed us places to visit on a map, where to get the bus, which was at the end of the road!etc. Our room was upstairs, along with 2 others (2 ground floor rooms). Our room was spotlessly clean and equipped with a fridge which held water for us. Bathroom had shower/shampoo dispensers and plenty of towels. Breakfast was served in the stunning dining room which overlooked the pool area. A great array of pastries, meats, cheese, eggs and toast. Freshly squeezed juice which was amazing! Quite easily the best accommodation we experienced in our week around Sicily. I nearly forgot the excellent seafood restaurant, again just a few steps away. Also local shops for your convenience.

Please do not judge a book by the cover! We were taken aback by the surrounding areas, covered in litter etc., but we later found that this was how Catania is sadly all over. Also, the property was unimpressive from the outside but that changes the moment you step through the door. If we found ourselves in Catania again, we would stay here without hesitation.

Everything was great from the start. Good communication to ensure that we were greeted upon arrival. Father and daughter owners were very friendly and helpful and gave lots of recommendations around the area. The room was very clean and location was convenient to the beach, airport, bus stations. We had a car and they have a very secure parking lot that we could use for free. The beaches nearby were not ready for when we went as it was still winter time, but should be really nice during the summer. The pool was really nice area. The house and rooms were also very modern and clean. Lots of great delicious selections for breakfast. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Catania. Thank you for making us feel welcome.

Everything! Toto, the owner, and Lisa his daughter made us feel right at home and were an awesome source of information. They have created a mini-oasis close to the airport and just south of downtown Catania. The B&B was modern and clean. We slept well and the breakfast options were abundant. We highly recommend this B&B!
