No.8 Accommodation

Property is lovely and clean. Didn’t use shared kitchen or front room but everything there needed. Easy to get in parking is ok if you have smallish car. If not it’s up the road.

The location was excellent a short walk into the town. The house was beautifully decorated and the room was well thought out. There was a pint of milk left for each room which was very thoughtful. The hosts were lovely telling us where to park and checking in on us.

Ok so there was an issue for us otherwise we would have scored it a 10. There was no sound proofing whatsoever. I could hear the conversation in the room across the hall at 1am and they weren't being overly loud and i could hear someone being sick in the bathroom below.

It was lovely, spotlessly clean easy to find and after text easy to access. Owners left a pint of milk in kitchen for our use very nice gesturel, we didn't use it but nice thoughtful people. Asked if all was OK and if anything was needed. Low ceilings not good when you are 6.6 even though it was sign posted my husband still manged to bang his head a few time. The bed was comfortable the towels and bedding were spotlessl, It was a lovely place and we would use again and would recommend.

Low cellings Lots of dogs mess in the area not nice, people realy nèed to clean up after their pets, there is just no need, it's disgusting.

VEry pleasant property, great facilities and location excellent. warm, clean etc...

My only criticism is that the upper level has a very creaky floor which can be heard loudly in the room underneath (where I was staying) when guest above moves about the room. Same over the large bathroom, though that isn't bothersome. Tolerable but not ideal, because apart from being distracting, it makes one worry how much other sounds (talking or TV) might carry. I'd recommend remedying this issue. Otherwise I would have given a 10 out of 10

Nothing it’s really quite charming

Very clean and lovely and warm, adequate tea & coffee. Bathroom immaculate and plenty of towels.

Stairs to this room are very narrow and steep, would be impossible for anyone with mobility issues,or lots of baggage.
