La camera è spaziosa e ben arredata.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti presso Villa Maria. La camera era spaziosa e ben arredata, segno che probabilmente all’inizio la struttura era stata curata con attenzione. Purtroppo però la manutenzione e la gestione lasciano molto a desiderare: vasi di piante abbandonati a terra, bidoni della spazzatura che danno l’impressione di un’isola ecologica, vespe presenti vicino alla piscina (la proprietaria ci ha solo avvisato invece di risolvere il problema eliminando il nido). La colazione è stata davvero deludente: poca scelta, prodotti scadenti e un orario ridottissimo (solo dalle 8 alle 9), tanto che siamo riusciti a farla una sola volta. Un altro aspetto negativo è stata la pulizia della camera: quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni, la proprietaria ci ha risposto che non era obbligata a farla. Solo insistendo, considerando anche il costo della stanza (250 € a notte), siamo riusciti a ottenere un minimo di attenzione. In generale abbiamo avuto l’impressione che la proprietaria non abbia alcun interesse a offrire un servizio adeguato, ma solo a incassare. Molti piccoli dettagli confermano una gestione poco professionale e poco rispettosa degli ospiti. Peccato, perché la struttura avrebbe del potenziale ma non è assolutamente all’altezza del prezzo richiesto.

Très bon accueil et disponibilité de Luciana. Le lieu est exceptionnel, au calme. Le logement est bien équipé et la piscine est très agréables . De très bons restaurants aux alentours .

Honestly, it is a little paradise. Once arrived we didn't want to leave. The warm welcome, the accommodation , the pool, the view, omg the view....

The property is beautiful. Overlooking vineyards. Quiet and peaceful. Perfect place to relax after hiking or being on the water. Luciana was an amazing host. Very welcoming. Provided great recommendations. We also went to dinner at their restaurant, La Poltrona, and it was excellent.

The villa is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the nature. Luciana is an amazing host and does everything so you can enjoy your stay. I think it’s worth to stay at least several days there to enjoy the vibe fully.

Wi-fi was not available in some parts of the room.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Maria! The location is very calm, clean, with a nice view and at 15 minutes distance (by car) from all main attractions of the area (Cala Gonone, Dorgali, various caves). The room was comfortable and equipped with everything needed to enjoy our vacation and cook small meals. We really like animals and it was a pleasure to share the garden with 5 very playful cats and a cute dog. Last but not least, the owner Luciana was so kind as to not only give us great restaurants recommendations but also accommodate my dietary needs by always preparing very tasty lactose-free sweet and salty alternatives at breakfast ! I have never enjoyed so much a vacation breakfast since I discovered I was lactose intolerant !
