Langside Bed and Breakfast

We loved our recent stay at Langside, the owners Debbie and Jim were welcoming and caring, the bed was comfortable and the gem was the garden with calm surroundings, that and I could have a cup of tea and yoga in, and our dog could explore undisturbed. I appreciated the little design touches with the Scottish theme on ceramics, cushions, pictures. After 8h journey we felt looked after and at peace. Debbie booked us at a local pub for dinner as well, which was great.

A warm welcome from a very hospitable couple in a lovely bed and breakfast . Clean and comfortable and dog friendly. Very helpful with local knowledge and information. Will be back if in the area again.

We stayed at Langside as we were invited to a 60th wedding anniversary party at nearby Stewarton. The B&B was a great find, as not only was it close to our venue, but Debbie and Jim could not have been more welcoming and our rooms were very well appointed. It was unseasonably cold and the heating was on in the room when we arrived so it was nice and toasty. Mum's wasn't, but it was lovely and warm when we got back from the party. Breakfast was well cooked and there were good options. All in all it was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Debbie and Jim were very welcoming and chatted with us both - we found them very interesting and friendly people. They offered us hot drinks when we arrived and spent lot's of time with us. The breakfast was piping hot when served in the lovely dining room. Both hosts were keen to help us with everything and couldn't have been more obliging.

The weather let us down a bit and there was heavy rain for a lot of our stay but it didn't impact us too much.

Breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect. The welcome we received was warm and friendly. We were able to walk to the local pub/restaurant for great food and stroll around the interesting village.
