The Green Edge

La struttura è immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità. Appena arrivati si ha subito un senso di pace, non si sentono rumori. Si viene accolti da uno staff estremamente cordiale, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Le stanze sono molto carine e pulitissime (così come ogni punto della struttura). Sia la colazione che la cena sono squisite, le porzioni abbondanti e il prezzo irrisorio. Insomma, il rapporto qualità prezzo del Green Edge è altissimo A parer nostro, questo è il posto perfetto in cui soggiornare per visitare Dambulla comodamente e rilassarsi

大通りから曲がって水田の中の道を進むとこの施設があります。周りは本当に自然が豊富です。食事は部屋の外の廊下のテーブルなので、食事中も自然に囲まれながらリラックスできます。 部屋とウォッシュルームの清潔度は極めて高いです。 自転車を貸してくれるので、石窟寺院など周辺を散策するのがいいです。 マネージャーは食事中多くの時間そばにいてスリランカ旅行や日本について色々な話をしてくれます。

唯一、歯ブラシの用意がないことが欠点かと思います。

Esteticamente molto bella e affascinante, la più bella nel nostro viaggio in Sri Lanka. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, dandoci anche dei consigli sui dintorni. Abbiamo anche chiesto di cenare e il cibo era molto buono e ad un prezzo molto conveniente. Segnalo anche una mega ciabatta sui comodini piena di prese usb per ricaricare TUTTO!!

On arrival we were greeted by our friendly host and shown to our room which was exceptional. It was clean, air conditioned and the bed was extremely comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious, we loved the coconut sambal and Dahl. For a small price of 2,500 Sri Lankan rupee you can have dinner which included a selection of five curries, rice and papadums. The home stay will organise your day trips to sigiriya and the temple etc. Nothing to fault, it was the perfect, quiet, secluded place to stay. Highly recommend.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, mit allzeit gute Tipps und einem Tuk Tuk. Leckeres Frühstück mit feinem Omlette und auf Wunsch Abendessen. Wir kommen sicher wieder🙏🏻👏⭐️

If you are going to Dambulla there is really only one place to stay and it is this. The approach to the villa is nothing short of enchanting with beautiful gardens and verandahs overflowing with art. Everywhere is immaculate; bedrooms, bathrooms and gardens, and the hospitality extended by the staff is the greatest advertisement Sri Lanka could ever have. Convenient for a walk into Dambulla, and yet feels a million miles away from the busy life in town. Walking to Dambulla Cave and Temple took about 25 minutes. Would also recommend Popham's Arboretum, particulary the  night walk safari, within walking distance or short Tuk Tuk ride away. All trips can be arranged by staff at the Villa for good prices. Sigiriya Rock also close by Tuk Tuk, seeing it from Pidurangala Rock was the highight for us.

Ein superfreundliches Team arbeitet dort. Haben sich sehr gut gekümmert. Morgens unser Tuk-Tuk geputzt und Ölcheck gemacht. Haben dort abends zweimal gegessen. Beide Male sehr gut. Lage etwas abgelegen, aber super ruhig.

Wenn man jetzt nicht so wie wir mobil ist mit eigenem Fahrzeug ist die Unterkunft schon abgelegen. Was aber nicht zwingemd als Nachteil gesehen werden sollte.

This hotel has exceptional friendly and attentiv staff. The well designed garden offers a space for absolute relaxtion and peace. If you are looking for that this might be a place for you to consider. The room was pefectly clean. Matress was comfortible. The bathroom was modern and we enjoyed the shower a lot. The owners offer Tuktuk Rides to the city, they offer bikes and also driving services to any sightseeing point. Our driver was a lovely young man that drove safely and very patient. We would definitly book this accomodation again.
