Excellent location, friendly staff, onsite parking

The receptionist had a very bad attitude and very rude. It seemed like we were an annoyance to her. Beds were very hard and room basic. Good location for the city centre.

I stayed for two nights in this small hotel. My room was clean, the wifi was working well, the breakfast was good. The hotel is positioned near the center (10' walking distance), very close (5' walking distance) to the regional Volanbusz station and there is a large urban bus terminus nearby in Segner Ter. I would stay there again.

I made a mistake in my original reservation and had to correct and cancel twice. Apparently this was not accurately communicated with Belvarosi, so the receptionist thought there were going to be three of us. We quickly worked it out The location was drab, but the Panzió was cheerful, clean and welcoming
