The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location is great for the local pubs and restaurants. The room was a good size with a lovely big bath and shower. Lovely cooked breakfast.

Mark and Julie were very welcoming on our arrival and couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, Every need seemed to have been anticipated. Excellent breakfasts. Lovely garden to sit out in, if we had had the time to enjoy it.

Julie and mark were wonderful hosts. We were offered refreshments on our arrival. The room was beautiful, breakfast was outstanding. The general ambiance of Woodlands 159 was exceptional. We would highly recommended staying here.
