The place looks so pretty. I love the decor. The small details in the shower (like shower gel and shampoo), the option for the big shower over my head, or just the small one. It was clean and comfortable.

Everything was fine.

Convenient location, close to the historical center and also to the train station. A nice room, nice bathroom and shower. The beds had nice, firm mattresses. With breakfast, the price per night was a good value.

The room I was in had no overhead light. There were 3 plug in lamps, but if you chose to use all of them, it became more difficult to charge your mobile devices. If you didn’t use them all the room wasn’t well lit.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very good. The building was very interesting. It’s an old building that is well maintained. The attached restaurant was very good with excellent staff. The restaurant’s owner/chef was very friendly and helpful. We liked Setúbal.

The directions to the rooms could be better. The access codes were sent via WhatsApp and I didn’t get them until after we got there and was given access by another guest and the owner of the attached restaurant. No air conditioning. The parking was on street on a busy street.

All went perfectly well, the place is well located, in a quite street however close to the main city Avenue and pretty close to the railway and bus stations. Frankly, I did not expect such a nice room, every detail taken care of with good taste. Confortable bed, everything clean in a warm ambience. The breakfast also exceeded my expectations, again, everything taken care of with good taste. The day of your arrival you fill a "breakfast form" selecting the products you would like to see included in your breakfast, you also set your breakfast time and then the next day when you come to the breakfast patio, everything is there waiting for you at your table, the coffee just made, the milk warm and everything fresh, very nice indeed. The staff is simply amazing, always trying to do their best for a perfect stay. The Wifi also worked perfectly well, differently from any other wifi connection you might have in other similar places that is usually standard, here is better.

The only thing that I missed was a TV set in the room, I understand the idea is make the place as quite and silent as possible, however I am a Tv person, that's why, sorry about that.

A really good choice for the money. The room is a little bit small, but it has everything you will need for a few days. They cleaned a room every day and the breakfast was really good!

The only negative is that they forgot to send us the self check-in details and we arrived pretty late in the night (around 11:30 pm.) And the phone number on the booking.com site is not working, so we asked a few locals to help us out. Thankfully the owner replied quickly so we could get in the room.

The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed.

The bedrooms facing the street can be noisy with street traffic. For breakfast, there could be more variety.
