The location is great. 10 minutes from Ortigia center. Free parking in front of the place. The room was probably renovated recently and it looks new and with a lot of light. Breakfast is great. We asked Giusy - The owner - to change things we don't eat so for the next morning it was perfect for us! There is also a coffee machine and an electric kettle in the kitchen where breakfast is served so you can always make coffee or tea when breakfast is not served. Giusy is always available online so every question was answered immidiately. Thanks Giusy.

People should know that the room is in the basement. There is no window with a view. I didn't care about it that much but my wife did. Not that it changed what i think about the place. You come here to sleep, Take a nice shower and have a nice breatfast. You get all this here and more. Guests that have a problem with basements should be aware of this.

Giusy is a great hostess. she made everything to make our visit comfortable and warm. house located on walking distance from everything in the city. free parking just next to the house.

if you are sensitive to the noise , please consider that rooms located next to the road.

Guisy is an excellent host, very warm and welcomed us with a huge smile in her face. We are travelling with our small dog, so Guisy has also made our dog feel welcomed by having him a bed, and bowls ready for his food and water. The room we stayed was amazing, renovated, perfectly decorated with fresh towels and bed linens! Guisy had also a welcome treat for us, and has prepared a list of recommended restaurants for us in our own language. The breakfast area and buffet was amazing! Clearly Guisy is an excellent host! We recommend this hotel and strongly suggest to visit this beautiful place. Definitely a must visit and must see destination and Guisy was a great part of making our trip amazing!
