"Money wasting stay"

Before reaching to the hotel i called several times to the property but no one picked my call. I faced lots of problem to find the hotel. Very bad service provided by hotel. After several request then they provided the essentials like towel, handwash, water, etc in room nearly after one to two hour. Even hotel is unable to provide the packed water. I we need water then they takes atleast half hour. Hotels is also not accepting payment through credit card.

"Very pleasant stay"

This was my second stay at Rockski and it never disappoints. Very conveniently located, it offers all the facilities expected in a budget stay. Special mention must be made of Nick, who manages everything very efficiently and is extremely courteous. Loved my stay there both the times.
