Casa Carolina B&B

This is a hidden treasure. We lived like the locals but were treated like royalty. Carolina could not do enough for us. Accommodation is spotlessly clean with an excellent breakfast sitting outside in the lemon grove each morning. Pure heaven

What an amazing and unusual place to spend time in Sorrento. The casa is at the end of a long drive through a lemon and orange plantation. It is "in town" while it is "in country", too. We were warmly greeted each morning by our lovely host or one of their family. And we had breakfast outside on a lovely porch among the trees. The (1st floor) room was large, newly renovated, comfortable and with a little loggia. Everyone was super friendly, charming and helpful. Great place to walk into the areas with bars and shops (although walking is not what the Italian towns were built for).

This might be an "Italy-thing", but - like in other places we stayed - the internet was a little slow for video conferencing.

Wonderful and kind owner who welcomed us very well, even though her English wasn't perfect, and was always ready to help out! She asked us what we could eat for breakfast (as we are vegetarian) and presented the breakfast according to our wishes every day. You get to eat in the garden on a raised platform which is simply beautiful. The room is spacious, the little balcony is very nice. There's a fridge and a coffee machine. The B&B is located close to Sorrento, walking distance, through a little alley that's often used by motorcycles and other locals.

Everything was great! Just a note: There's only one power plug next to the fridge and coffee machine, so you'll have to choose your priorities or move the coffee machine to somewhere else. Maybe a splitter would be a good idea?

Casa Carolina exceeded my expectations. The host was so kind and helpful. They even dropped us in station once we check out in early morning. The location was nearby bus stops and some good restaurants. Would 💯 recommend this property.

Clean, little balcony, breakfast outside on the little terrace outside under the lemon trees. Carolina and her son were very nice. Massimo went out to get us croissants in the morning. Carolina’s cat, named Steve, is very cute and friendly.

À bit of à walk to get to Piazza Tasso but worth it. The motorbikes are very scary.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Casa Carolina. The hosts were so welcoming from the start, with Carolina being so kind and attentive and making some lovely breakfasts for us and a lethal limoncello! The location was in a quiet and peaceful area and only a short walk into town. The room itself was very spacious with options to sit inside or outside on the patio. We particularly enjoyed the breakfasts on the patio immersed in lemon trees and were joined by our new friend Steve the cat who liked to sit with us. A home away from home.

The only issue was the power cut that happened but it was out of their hands and they were nice enough to communicate with us and offer us a candle until the power shortly returned.

The place was inside a farm… really great morning and breakfast between the lemon and orange trees 🌲 The lady there was great and lovely 😘 The place was same in the picture 👌
