Sorrento Hills

I rate 7 because of the heating (we where there from 30Oct to 1st Nov), the location was more remote (we knew is more remote, but didn't expect to be only us in that area), breakfast was OK (the host provided everything we requested), and because the mold started to be visible in the rooms. The PROS: The view was absolutely beautiful – it was the main reason we chose this location in the first place, and it didn’t disappoint! The beds were very comfortable. Parking was available, which was great, though it might be a bit tricky if you have a larger car (we had a Ford Focus and managed fine). There are a few stairs to climb to reach the apartment, but for us, that wasn’t an issue.

The heating system only works through the AC unit, which can only be turned on when the key is inside the apartment. This means it wasn’t possible to program the heating to start before our arrival, so the apartment was a bit cold for the first 30 minutes each day. It would be ideal to have the option to keep the heating on during the day to maintain a steady temperature. During the night, we’re not used to sleeping with the AC running, so it did get a bit cold after some time. Also, since the building itself isn’t heated, there are some signs of mold starting to appear, which might become a bigger issue in the future

Lots of nice touches like milk, bread and snack left out. Fulvio the host was extremely helpful to us in showing us how to get around. Fabulous view from balcony very spacious. Everything you needed for a relaxing stay was provided. Highly recommend.

It was a little awkward without a car, you have to get buses, but that was all.

NUESTRA ESTRANCIA EN ESTE ALOJAMIENTO HA SIDO EXCEPCIONAL, VISTAS MARAVILLOSAS, MUY AMPLIO , LIMPIEZA TODO EN GENERAL BASTANATE COMPLETO. FULVIO EL PROPIETARIO SIEMPRE ATENTO Y EN COMUNICACION POR SI NOS FALTABA ALGO. POR DECIR ALGO QUE MEJORAR , UNAS ALMOHADAS UN POCO MAS GRUESAS.

Habilidad del anfitreon y la vista

Es un sitio espectacular, es mejor llegar de dia por qué en esa zona la vía tiene muchas curvas, pero de día todo es mas sencillo. La mejor vista de la vida, y un excelente anfitrión, todo muy limpio, nos ha dejado muchas cosas para desayunar y fue en extremo amable.Fulvio es un caballero y la señora de limpieza me regaló tomates deliciosos. Volveré sin duda.

El departamento era amplio, silencioso, tenia cochera limpio, todo funcionaba. El anfitrión siempre atento y pendiente a nuestras necesidades.

Una de las habitaciones tenia camas de 1 plaza unida, sin cobertor y los colchones estaban para el cambio.
