Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un petit paradis perdu dans la nature... Où, quelque soit l'endroit où se poseront vos yeux, vous serez émerveillé... Un parc, entretenu avec amour par sa propriétaire, où canards et oies se promènent en toute quiétude pendant que vous empruntez une allée ou un des petits ponts surplombant le ruisseau alimentant le petit étang couvert de nénuphars... de l'autre côté, de jeunes agneaux gambadant dans les prés vallonnés directement sortis du roman de Tolkien... Alors, sans lire les autres commentaires des voyageurs précédents, je suis certain qu'ils reflètent tout ce que je n'ai pas dit ici... En résumé... tout était parfait !!!

Mon manque de temps pour y rester plus longtemps...

We had a truly wonderful stay at Jill’s place. After our long journey from Germany, finding such a beautiful gem felt like a dream come true. The accommodation was spotless, spacious, and surrounded by a magnificent garden that felt more like a private park — lovingly designed and full of character. A stroll through this landscape right outside the door left us speechless; so many impressions of nature united in one magical place. The breathtaking view over the rolling green hills created a deep sense of peace and serenity, making it hard to leave. Our cottage had its own kitchen, and Jill had thoughtfully provided everything we needed for a self-prepared breakfast — fresh, high-quality ingredients and a generous selection that made the morning truly special. Her warmth and genuine hospitality made us feel at home from the very first moment. We can wholeheartedly recommend this extraordinary place to anyone seeking beauty, tranquility, and inspiration. Thank you, Jill, for an unforgettable stay!

Het ligt erg afgelegen, is geen probleem, maar zorg ervoor dat je genoeg eten en drinken bij je hebt

The cottage was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The gardens were like eden! So beautiful. We wished we booked 2 nights here so we could bird watch in the garden for a day. We were given access to the second half of the cottage (with the second bed) for an extra $40NZD.

There is no cell service at the cottage.

Breakfast choice was varied and delicious. Setting within the gardens was quiet and relaxing. Walk around the gardens was beautiful. Jill was a very friendly host.
