Absolutely nothing.

The room I booked was advertised with breakfast available @ R75 person on booking.com. Upon arrival I was told that breakfast was no longer available. I also noticed that security was compromised due to the entrance gate not working. There was a guard there who seemed fast asleep. Furthermore the host arrived about 15 minutes late to book us in although I clearly communicated my arrival time. I was livid. Eventually we were booked into another establishment a short distance away. I overheard condescing remarks about ourselves made by the hostess over the phone to someone else. There was only one other car.
