"Beautiful, quiet Chateau in the wonderful Gers area."

A beautiful stay in a stunning Chateau in the medieval town of Fources. We arrived on a Thursday evening which coincided with the start a night market that runs rough every Thursday in August. So a wonderful start to our stay here with a meal fron food trucks on the town green. The Chateau is very peaceful and our room was spacious with large vaulted ceilings and an adjoining room to relax in. The hosts were friendly and welcoming with grrat recommendations. Breakfast had excellent French bread and homemade jam. Fources had a decent Auberge to eat at on the town square and a grocery store that also sent the post. All in a couple of minutes walk. We had a hybrid car and it was one of the few places we found it easy to charge in the local car park. Highly recommend Lectoure market on Friday.

"One of the most memorable experiences of my life."

The breakfast was very French with local products. We loved it! The entire environment was incredible. The owners could not have been more accommodating and caring. We want to return some day.

We regretted that we could not stay longer.

"Peaceful and relaxing"

Beautiful authentic castle yet really comfortable and equipped with modern facilities. The garden & pool are stunning. Our hosts were amazing - friendly and very knowledgeable about the castle and area. Substantial breakfasts using local produce and homemade jams. Sadly no longer has a restaurant as we would have loved to eat there, but Auberge in the village is a great restaurant and bar within walking distance.
