Very quiet location, good and clean room, and friendly and supportive staff.

There's nothing to dislike, just a bit out of center in case you need downtown facilities.

Beautiful place. We enjoyed a glass of wine in the deck at sunset and a lovely breakfast in the morning. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. We had a great nights sleep… it was so quiet. It did get quite chilly in the morning so a space heater might have been nice but as soon as the sun came up, that was no longer an issue. Wonderful ambience and a great start to our vacation.

The accomodation is gorgeous, certainly built for a cold Namibian winter. It made us feel as though we were home. The open plan living area, exposed beams, gorgeous furniture and wonderful room made our stay very lovely.

If you are not able to carry your luggage, it may be wise to reconsider this as an option to stay. There is no ramp or porter, luggage will need to be carried up the outside stairs, approximately 12. If you are unfortunate to be staying in a upstairs room, you will need to carry your luggage up an extremely high and narrow spiral staircase. Its worth noting that there are no lunch or dinner options available, the town centre is too far to walk, so delivery is the only option, with only burgers, pizza and then likes available.

Location was quiet - first night I arrived late and the lady on the night shift assisted with an online food order. Much appreciated.

My room was not serviced daily, no water in the room and no way to get access. Dirty towels - I stayed a week. WiFi was horrible for a business traveler. I had a online meeting that logged off twice
