It is a very Clean place and a great location

Every time someone went out the front or back door, our room door rattled against its frame. Could do with a foam cushion.

I loved that the breakfast was self-serve from an actual kitchen, meaning you could grab an early AM coffee when normal hotels wouldn't even serve breakfast or coffee yet, and use the kitchen/fridge facilities throughout the day of course. Whilst the B&B has shared bathrooms (which is clearly advertised), I found two full bathrooms for the small amount of rooms was plenty and I never had to wait using one - it was great to have a full lockable bathroom to yourself with space for your clothes and toiletries rather than the tiny shower cubicals you find in some places with shared bathrooms, and there was a sink & mirror in each bedroom too. Overall, plenty of comfort.
