Ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie necessità per la posizione, facile accesso all'ospedale Fatebene fratelli ed è facilissimo raggiungere il corso centrale e le strutture storiche da vedere, ed anche per il confort: pulito ed accogliente

I think Booking.com should check the quality of the hotels and B&Bs it is offering to its customers. The property was a total disaster and the misfortunes started as soon as we arrived there. Both the owner and his son did not know English and it was difficult to communicate. There was not even an iron to iron the clothes, luckily my colleague brought his own one with him. The breakfast was a total disaster too. We asked to keep the rooms until 3 pm on Friday as we finished late at the conference and they agreed. There were five people of us- me, my two colleagues, the owner and his son. On Friday in the middle of the conference I am getting a call from someone who is telling me to come immediately to the property and take our belongings or the owner is calling the police. I asked to be there in 45 minutes but she said if we should be there in 20 minutes, they will call the police. Nothing was left to us but to leave the conference without my presentation - this was the reason to come to Benevento- and rush across the streets to the venue. When we came we saw that they removed our belongings from the rooms to the kitchen, open the suitcase and put the bottle of the water into the suitcase, it was not well closed and the water spoiled the documents which were in the pocket of the suitcase. We asked them at least to keep the suitcases in the kitchen area until 3 for us to be able to go and join the conference, the owner started to shout very rudely and called the police. We had to take our suitcases, leave this property and go to the station without completing the mission. I was so upset that had to go to the pharmacy to buy medicine to reduce the stress and headache but it doesn’t help and I have got speedy heartbeat until now. I didn’t sleep at night at all. I kindly ask Booking.com to compensate me for all the misfortunes I had (the same happened to my colleague for whom I booked this property too).

I do not recommend to anyone to get into the situation when we agreed with the owner of the property to stay there until three pm, but his representative called us in the middle of the conference and said that they would call the police if we do not check out immediately. On Monday when he met us with his son he said that there would be no problem, and we could stay there as much as we could as nobody would come.

There was nothing there to like- the surfaces were dusty, the shower was only for one leg, there were only two sockets and there was no socket near the table to plug in the computer. It was desperately cold in the room and when my colleague told the owner about it he said they had a standard to keep it at 19. Where is the standard written when the tourists can’t sleep because of the cold?

The spacious rooms, nice bathroom and the common kitchen, all very nice. The staff was very helpful.
