We had a really cosy family room for four. Our host was warm, friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Breakfast was delicious.

It was a lovely place , staff was excellent, and very helpful, food was was very good and plenty too.room was good cosy and warm. I will definitely go back there .

Chris was a lovely host..so helpful and kind He allowed us to park through out the next day whilst we watched a show that was so helpful Good breakfast

"Fantastic"

Location was brilliant 5 minutes from the tower. The host Chris was very welcoming and had the time to chat in the lovely lounge area when checking in. The room and bathroom was spotless not a spec of dust. The bed very comfortable had a fabulous sleep. Plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water etc and was advised if needed anymore just to let them know. Toiletries in the bathroom. Full English breakfast was amazing also plenty to choose from the continental breakfast which you helped yourself. Lena who helped with breakfast was lovely and welcoming. We will be back very soon.

No complaints at all with the cleanliness of our room and the hotel in general. Also, we all enjoyed the breakfast.

Lovely one night stay at the Grays. Everything you could ask for. Greeted with a warm welcome🙂 Room was spotless with tea, Coffee,hot chocolate, milk and also two bottles of water which was a lovely touch. Also there was an Iron & hairdryer to use if needed. Bathroom had a walk in shower. Breakfast room is very spacious, clean and well organised. Lovely breakfast and fabulous service.

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Very clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed. Overall very good value
