Nothing not to like.

A lovely hotel with a gracious host and staff. Kids loved it. Will definitely stay again when visiting Blackpool.

Full English very good, tea and coffee, bottled water and orange juice available.cereals available.

Would have liked some fruit and yoghurt.

Location was perfect. Short walk to the Winter Gardens. Set back front the sea front so quiet and not rowdy. Full of character and presented well. Friendly and informative welcome from Chris.

It’s a bit old fashioned but that’s typical of Blackpool accommodation.

Chris was amazing helped us carry our bags in to the hotel and explained everything told us how long it was to walk to the Tower as we was there for yhe dance competition on the Sunday. He then carried our bags to our room. He went above and beyond for us. The place was clean and tidy the bedroom was as described, bed and pillows comfortable em suite was great. Breakfast was amazing a good variety of ceral and cooked breakfast and good choice of hot and cold drinks. The cook was amazing with the breakfast as well as professional but cannot remember her name. Parking was great as chris communicated with me prior to my arrival and also said i could leave the car parked all day Sunday which was fabulous. Cannot thank Chris enough will definitely stay again 100% fabulous host and place to stay.

Absolutely loved everything about it cannot fault it.

The breakfast was brilliant. Chris is a lovely host and can't do enough for you. He made more than welcome when we arrived and was on hand if needed. Bonus was he let us leave our car until late the following day.

Floorboards creaky and shower pressure not the best.
