"Ideal for a quick break and really good value for money."

The guest house is ideally placed for getting out and about. The room had everything you need for a couple of days break. Breakfast was lovely and Douglas was very welcoming and friendly.

"Very pleasant stay and would most definately stay again."

Douglas the host was very friendly and he even gave us an upgrade to one of our rooms. Super king size bed, great night's sleep.

Not really a dislike, but brekkie was lush, could of just ate more, and personal preference i love a bit of black pudding and fried mushrooms on a full english.

"Great little hotel, perfect for our overnight stay in Blackpool"

Doug was the perfect host, very attentive and friendly nothing was too much trouble. comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. definitely our go to Hotel when we stay in Blackpool now. Parking at Lytham Rd carpark was £10 for 24hr just a short 5min walk from the hotel although there were similar carparks nearby.

We had a pleasant stay at the Devon guest house. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the place was kept very clean. Douglas was kind and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also lovely, fresh and nicely prepared. Thank you!

Location was great to get yourself around Blackpool for what we needed, the breakfast we had was amazing and Doug the owner even went out of his way to get me some fresh orange as he hadn't any in the hotel.

everything that we needed was there, if i was to pick anything it would probably be a bigger tv in the room but that's just been picky.

Douglas the host was fab, very helpful and friendly. We slept in room 6 which has the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. WIFI was really good and consistent throughout the hotel and the breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay
