"Very comfortable, close to the trams/buses and all r"

Everything was great, the owner was very friendly and amenable. The breakfast was lovely and all in all we were very satisfied. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, nothing was too much trouble for the proprietor.

We had no complaints at all.

"Great value guest house with a great host!"

Our host, Douglas, was a ray of sunshine and made sure to make us feel at home. The room was lovely and clean and we had a great night sleep (the room was at the rear so no traffic noise or passers by). Breakfast was cooked fresh and very enjoyable. Excellent value for money.
