Lovely welcome from the owner, room was ready early.Breakfast was lovely,hot & freshly cooked.We had the delux double room it was spotless, comfortable bed. Nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to returning.

What a fantastic hotel I've been Blackpool since a kid and I'm 50 next week and this is the best hotel I've stayed at by a mile .the 2 lads are fantastic and can't do enough for you .room clean and everything u need even an iron and ironing board .breakfast was amazing .thanks alot boys we will be back .

Breakfast was lovely every morning. Hosts were really friendly The room was spotless and downstairs eating area was spotless too. Wifi connection was great which daughter was very happy about (priorities) Walk into centre and down the sea front was no more than 10minutes and easy to get too

There is no out front parking can only stay for an hr which was handy to bring bags ect in but there is car parks close by that are cheap so was not a big issue

The breakfast was really good and plenty on the plate. The 2 guys running it were really friendly and welcoming, the room was ready early, and it's a good location, only 5 min walk to the beach
