The location of the hotel is great, a few mins walk to the front and smack in the middle of the central and south pier. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice. It was exceptionally clean and the hosts were very friendly

Lovely place and very friendly owner/ host. Clean and very functional Easy access to the beach front and right by a tram stop so very convenient

Very small bathroom but it was very clean. Very limited time slot for breakfast service. Only available 8:30-9 each morning.
