Very friendly owners and nice location. Good breakfast included.

It's difficult to find a free car space next to the hotel. But there are several private and council car parks nearby. I parked at the spacious council car park just 5min by walk. £24 for 72h.

I've been to Blackpool a few times and this one is easily the best and most cleanest place I've ever stayed in. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Thanks for your hospitality and we will stay there again someday

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive I’d never stayed in a B&Q that was so clean, although we’ve not stayed in many b&bs as we normally stay in hotels

There was nothing not to like

Andy and Jan are a lovely couple very welcoming and very sociable easy to talk to we couldn't fault our stay our room was lovely Number 5 although we named it cardiac stairway ( not ideal for anyone with walking difficulties or medical problems make sure you stay it) we survived....... just haha breakfast was lovely it was cooked beautifully it definitely set us up for the day until teatime we will definitely recommend
