"Very good"

The owners were friendly enough Food was nice (bear in mind it's table service only.) Buffet would be good but nevertheless all good.

There was no bed side tables. WiFi wasn't 100% working

Good friendly hosts. Good check in time. Good location for town. Decent breakie.

Not really what we didn't like, just think could of done with extra pillows and bigger towels.

The owners are absolutely lovely and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble when asked and went above and beyond. The room was clean and tidy. Will definitely be back next time I am in Blackpool. The location is perfect for the beach, and the promenade. Thank you for a lovely stay. Jake

"Exceptional"

Lovely couple who made me feel very welcome. Ideally situated for the coach station, amusements, sea front, tower & shopping. Bed was so cozy and comfortable didn't want to get out of it! Breakfast was lovely and hot. Would stay again.
