"You definitely get more than you bargained for at this B&B"

Nice hosts, happy to chat away - very pleasant 😀 Nice full English breakfast A self contained room with tea/coffee,milk & sugar provided... & biscuits as well (provided the grandkids haven't scoffed them first 😋...) A kettle/fridge & microwave free to use A mini TV free to use Come & go as you please ... A very nice & very popular chippy a short walk away. A nice view from the room window.

My satnav sending me all aiund the world!! Short stay... The excellent pub the Plough (where my friends got married) could be a bit nearer, however, it was only £5.60 per trip in a taxi - so it can't have been that far away 🤔...

"A comfortable home away from home 🏡"

Pat was a friendly host and full of help and information. Her home has a really nice homely feel to it and everything I needed for a stay was provided so i wont have to bring it next time. The large selection of cereals etc for breakfast and the full English that was provided how i liked it were the perfect way to start the day and the icing on the cake for me. I'll be in the local area every month until next summer doing a course so I'm glad i ditched air b and b and found this place on booking.com. If you want to book somewhere where you feel feel welcome and comfortable, then this is definitely worth booking. I've already booked my next stay, see you in 2 weeks 😊

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The breakfast was a wonderful full English. Exactly what I needed. It was included in the booking which made it exceptional value.

Breakfast was great, choice was good, quality of food was good too and well presented. Towels, sheets and coffee making as well as biscuits were all clean and fresh

From what Pat the owner said they had been very busy and I understand that however I mentioned that there was quite a lot of dust on the floor in our room and on the window sills and light. The room is well equipped fridge etc but it had been turned off so no use unfortunately.
