The room was fully equipped with every thing you could imagine and the hospitality of the owner was possibly up there with the best I uave seen in 20 years of staying up and down the country.

Had to think for 20 mimutes and cannot come up even 1 small thing

"Perfection in Suburbia........"

Apart from the less than usual location, everything - and I mean everything - was as good or much better than expected. Would I recommend HP Bed and Breakfast? Absolutely, 100%. Would I stay there again? Without hesitation.

"Far exceeded expectations"

Fabulous value for money. Hosts very welcoming when I arrived tired on foot. Breakfast was superb and whilst I didn’t book for 0730 on a Sunday it was great on a multi day walking trip to have that option. Fridge, microwave crockery in room added bonus I didn’t need on this trip

"A real home from home"

The loveliest people run this B and B. So friendly and welcoming. You have everything you could ask for there. My partner couldn't finish his (huge) breakfast, and the lady made him a sandwich of the remaining bacon and sausage wrapped in foil. Highly recommend

An absolute bargain price (and a great cancellation policy). Pat was very welcoming and will prepare a fabulous breakfast of whatever you desire! Rooms were clean, tidy and very homely.

"excellent value for money and a friendly host"

I've stayed here three times now and I would stay again. Very good value for money and more than compensates for the walk into town which is approximately 15 minutes.
