Without a doubt the best B&B I’ve ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, excellent sized rooms, amazing location and views, fresh delicious breakfast with a great selection, including homemade jam from fruits in the garden! The best owners/hosts you could wish for. Extremely welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much for them. Offered my group hot drinks on arrival, made recommendations for dinner out (even offering to ring restaurants to check availability) and were overall very pleasant and happy to chat. Will definitely be back!

The location was perfect for us with spectacular views of the Welsh mountains lovely and quiet yet handy for shops, pubs and restaurants. Andy and Heulwen were exceptional hosts, nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were superb- we could have any combination we liked. The best B&B we`ve stayed in for a long, long time. Thank you Heulwen and Andy for making our holiday so perfect- you are both such lovely people.

Un endroit vraiment cosy, parfaitement propre et très pratique. Les hôtes sont extrêmement chaleureux et attentionnés. Le petit déjeuner était tout simplement exceptionnel, le meilleur que j’aie goûté lors de mon séjour au Pays de Galles. Tout a été parfait, du check-in au check-out.

"Wonderful stay, felt so well looked after, just what I needed to switch off!"

The property was beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean! It was super quiet in a secluded area with nothing around, perfect to switch off for the evening!

Nothing about the property, the parking took a bit of courage, but was perfectly fine when I’d done it once!

"Genuinely lovely hosts, stunning location and the best fried breakfasts ever."

We loved how very friendly and helpful the hosts were, giving you space or attention as required. The village was very accessible, yet you were off the beaten track and in the heart of stunning scenery. The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable with everything you could want. The breakfasts were perfectly cooked with excellent fayre. The garden was beautiful, with a variety of seating. We would highly recommend Heulwen for walkers and/or road-trippers alike. Or just stay and read in the garden!
