"Pleasant. The local town is lovely."

The owner and his wife were very friendly and accommodating.

The place is going through a transformation journey. Currently, the facilities are a bit tired, however for the price and location you cant complain. Breakfast was awesome and the bed was very comfortable.

"Lovely, comfortable stay"

Very friendly hosts, beds are very comfortable and room was lovely and clean with good amenities. Lovely, deep bath. Breakfast was delicious and there were good cold options for my youngest daughter who isn't a huge fan of cooked breakfasts.

I wasn't sure how to control the temperature in the room, it was a little bit hot in the evening so would have been nice to be able to turn the heat down a little bit definitely wasn't a deal breaker

Nichts, Bilder im Internet entsprachen nicht der Realität

Sehr unsauber, Badezimmer vermodert, schimmelig, nicht geputzt, Schlafzimmer idem, Steckdose herausgerissen, Teppichboden gammelig und schmutzig, Frühstück sehr dürftig, Haare in Baked Beans, Tisch nicht abgeputzt, Boden nicht gesaugt, Außenanlagen unaufgeräumt und verdreckt

"Slept well, looked awful needs some tlc"

Good breakfast, hot water in the bathroom . Bed was comfy we all slept really well

Didn’t see the owner, when we arrived a piece of paper was stuck on the door saying they were at work, this also told us what room we was in and key was in the door. The room was basic but old, it looked clean but felt dirty. In the bathroom the sink had a crack in it, the toilet moved, couldn’t move the shower up as the bracket was broke, when you stepped in the shower it felt like the support was broke. Bed was old and the lining wasn’t ironed, the pillows were yellow.

"One happy guest!"

The host was very helpful when I arrived and invited me to park my motorcycle under a shelter. The room and ensuite were clean and comfortable. The cooked breakfast was very good The wifi worked well . It was a short walk into Dolgellau and easy to find somewhere to eat. One happy guest!

Pop music channel on during breakfast -only a minor irritation.

The breakfast was delicious. Richard and Sam are very endeavoured.

It could be a little bit cleaner and the furniture needs an update, e.g. baathroom and beds. For a short stay it is o.k.
