Everything was simply PERFECT. Ian and David were so kind and always available in case of need. The room was large and clean, the position was very good for a short pleasure stay. Breakfast was soooo good!

Ian and David were absolutely brilliant hosts and really made our stay in Edinburgh feel special from the moment we arrived. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The facilities themselves were lovely, and the overall atmosphere was calm and comfortable. Our room exceeded all expectations and it was spotless, spacious, and beautifully presented. The cleanliness and comfort were genuinely outstanding, and I should add the breakfast was so lovely, and lot’s of variety to choose from. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was just perfect. The hosts were great and especially the breakfast was absolutely amazing, like in a top hotel. The separate bathroom was fully renovated and also hotel-like. Every detail seemed fully thought-through and contributed to the overall experience. The location is also great for exploring the city (bus stop right in front of the house). I really enjoyed my stay!

Die Gastgeber sind herausragend freundlich - wir fühlten uns wie zuhause. DasFürhstück wurde frisch zubereitet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet - Inkl. Wasserkocher mit diversen Tees, Kaffee und heißer Schokolade.

Privítal nás domáci Ian, veľmi srdečný a láskavý človek, ktorému záleží na každom jednom hosťovi. Úvodné stretnutie bolo skutočne srdečné, kde sme si pripili proseccom a poradil nám všetky zaujímavosti mesta, kde sa fantasticky najeme. Jeho záujem o pohodlie a spokojnosť bola priam neuveriteľná , fantasticke typické škótske domáce ranajky. kúsok pešo od centra starého mesta, zastávky priamo pred ubytovaním. Sme nad mieru spokonjní a ďakujeme, že sme našli nových priateľov na našich potulkách svetom.
