South Craighall B&B

Beautiful stay, host Laura was so helpful. She contacted us before our stay to see if we needed anything like restaurant bookings/taxi etc. we arranged a time to arrive and she was there to meet us. Lovely room and bathroom very clean. Breakfast was delicious. There was a beautiful garden which would be lovely to sit in during summer months.

Was lovely and quiet which is what we wanted but you do need a car to get to local restaurants/shops.

It‘s a very beautiful house with a sensational garden. The owner Laura is very nice and friendly and the breakfast was so delicious! Can just be recommended!

Lovely location and great facilities, loved the TV room very comfortable. Laura the host cooks a wonderful breakfast. She's very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

We have never had a warmer welcome than that given to us by Laura. The cooked breakfast was glorious, setting us up for the day. There was nothing I think would need changing to improve the stay. Laura even helped us to sort out taxis to and from the event we were attending in Glasgow. If ever we are up this way again, we will try to come this lovely place again.

It is a bit tricky to find but that says more about me and my sense of direction than South Craighall. Next time I will use What3Words to navigate.

We were made to feel welcome even before we arrived. Beautiful house and cosy, comfortable quiet rooms. Our wonderful host Laura was incredibly kind including making my son a tasty snack and breakfast to go! Checking our onward route for flooding and providing ideas for our days itinerary. Luxurious linen and bath products added to the experience. Above and beyond our expectation. A great stay we will always remember.

Beautiful rooms! Facilities top! A wonderful hostess! And a comfy sitting room for us. Had the property to ourselves which was lovely. Breakfast made to order with some lovely company of our hostess! Would stay here again for sure!

Everything from the initial welcome, our room and bathroom, quiet location, great breakfast and lovely host Laura who also recommended places to eat and booked it for us too. We will definitely return that's if we manage to after all these excellent recommendations!
