Nothing except the location was good near the center

The property was very very old, almost destroyed, smelled really bad, I couldn’t sleep because of the smell of the old wood furniture. The bed linen were completely torn out. The mattress was with springs and made noise in every move, the walls were not well isolated we could hear the snoring of the next room. The double bed was only for one, not for a couple. The ceilings had spiders web. The towels were very old, color washed out and not soft at all and smelling just the same as the whole house. Shared bathroom very old also. Would definitely not go back and made the whole experience in Eindhoven awful.

Very good location, authentic interior, clean bedroom and bathroom, kind hostess.

The bed was not comfortable, sitting area in the garden could be cleaner.

The host was really nice, the breakfast was delicious and the room was quite comfy. I highly recommend it!

The location was pleasant, situated in a peaceful area compared to busier spots. Although the place initially seemed a bit dated and confusing, the host was incredibly friendly. Despite our early arrival, she kindly allowed us to drop off our belongings and efficiently prepared the room. The bed provided comfort, and the highlight was undoubtedly the breakfast she served – easily one of the best breakfast experiences I've ever had.

Really delicious breakfast served in the mid of a nice garden. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming. Also, the room gave an elegant vintage feel.

Very friendly host, delicious breakfast, lovely garden

The breakfast was gorgeous, with lovely fresh squeezed orange juice and greens from the garden. The owner is such a lovely, kind soul. The house itself is so unique, you definitely won't stay anywhere like it (in the best way possible), the location is also excellent, very short walk to a lovely street with a nice cafe selling lovely coffee and beautiful pastries. Also well located for walking to the city of Eindhoven.

Nothing bad to say about our experience, the stairs were quite steep if you have a mobility issue.
