Casa el Chorro

The hosts Sarah & Arnaud were amazing hosts! They greeted us as we arrived and had a lovely chat with a very welcome very cold beer! lol! We stayed the first night in the Mongolian yurt on the property (not a tent) it was so cozy and quite comfy! If you have the opportunity have the dinners if available, this has been a highlight of our trip as the food was excellent and plentiful and Sarah was instrumental in ensuring we had a wonderful evening. We sat outside on the deck with other travellers, a couple from Germany and a couple of fellows from faro Portugal who were climbing in the area. With google translate, wine and a lot of laughs a wonderful evening of food in the beautiful garden was had. The breakfast was freshly prepared, and again so plentiful. We are touring Spain and Portugal and to date this stay has been our most memorable. I cannot express how happy we were with this stay. Sarah and Arnaud were the perfect hosts, both interesting and interested.

Reizende, überaus bemühte Gastgeber, tolles Frühstück. Parken vor dem Haus. Klimaanlage. Wir bekamen sogar zwei separate Zudecken mit Überzug🥰

Dass wir dort nur 2 Nächte verbrachten

Die Location ist wunderschön gepflegt. Schön dekoriert und mit vielen Blumen versehen. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeber haben sich im Vorfeld sehr um uns gekümmert (Wegbeschreibung) und nachgefragt, ob wir auch Abendessen wollen und sie haben uns sogar ein Upgrade gegeben. Arnoud hat uns herzlichst begrüsst und alles gezeigt und erklärt, dann hat er sich mit dem Welcome-Drink zu uns gesetzt und mit uns geplaudert. Das Frühstück war fantastisch. Es war alles dabei und Sarah hat uns am Abend wunderbar bekocht. Es war sehr lecker. Der Pool wird gewartet und war sehr sauber.

Om kort te zijn: Ga hier heen! De hosts Sarah en Arnoud zijn super vriendelijk en gastvrij. Zij zorgen dat het aan niets ontbreekt. Het eten is heerlijk en de kamers zijn eenvoudig maar comfortabel. De omgeving is super mooi.

Er is veel elektriciteitsopwekking met waterkracht. Een mooie duurzame oplossing maar alle leidingwerk loopt bovengronds. Dat is natuurlijk logisch vanwege het bergachtige gebied maar wel een beetje zonde van de mooie natuur.

Everything! So beautiful and tranquil, a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Exceptionally friendly and caring hosts who go above and beyond to help you enjoy your stay. Impeccably clean, gorgeous food. Couldn't ask for more!

Dit was onze meest favoriete plek tijdens onze vakantie. Warm onthaal door Sarah en Arnoud. Prachtig uitzicht en kleinschalige b&b. Ideaal uitgangspunt voor de caminito del rey, waarvan het startpunt op 5 min. rijden ligt. Ontzettend uitgebreid ontbijt en je kan er ook s'avonds heerlijk eten. Echt een aanrader om gebruik van te maken want in de omgeving is weinig alternatief en het is niet te overtreffen. Fijn zwembad met ligbedden en er zijn allerlei drankjes en versnaperingen aanwezig om (tegen zeer schappelijke prijs) te nuttigen. We hadden hier nog wel langer willen blijven!
